1. TERM
This agreement is effective November 1, 2025 and ends October 31, 2026.
2. RENEWAL
This agreement does not renew automatically. Any renewal must be agreed
in writing before the end of the term.
3. RATES
Rates are firm for the full term and quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Where a
pack is shown, the supplier may bill per pack at the per-unit rate
multiplied by the pack size; no other pack pricing is allowed.

4. INVOICING
Invoices must show the quantity, pricing unit and rate above. Charges above

Either party may terminate for convenience with sixty (60) days'
written notice to the other party.
