LTL RATE AGREEMENT: COLUMBUS REGIONAL LANES
Agreement No. NWF-LTL-2026-01

Supplier:         Rapid LTL Freight, Inc.
                  2200 Westbelt Drive, Columbus, OH 43228
Signed:           December 8, 2025

1. TERM
This agreement is effective January 1, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026.

2. RENEWAL
This agreement renews automatically for additional one-year terms on the
same rates unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least
forty-five (45) days before the end of the current term.

3. RATES
Rates are firm for the full term and quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Where a
pack is shown, the supplier may bill per pack at the per-unit rate
multiplied by the pack size; no other pack pricing is allowed.

4. INVOICING
Invoices must show the quantity, pricing unit and rate above. Charges above

5. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate for convenience with forty-five (45) days'
written notice to the other party.
