FUEL AND FLUIDS SUPPLY AGREEMENT: ALUM CREEK YARD

1. TERM
This agreement is effective July 1, 2026 and ends June 30, 2027.
2. RENEWAL
This agreement renews automatically for additional one-year terms on the
same rates unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least
thirty (30) days before the end of the current term.
3. RATES
Rates are firm for the full term and quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Where a
pack is shown, the supplier may bill per pack at the per-unit rate
multiplied by the pack size; no other pack pricing is allowed.

4. INVOICING
Invoices must show the quantity, pricing unit and rate above. Charges above
the agreed rate, and charges not listed in this agreement, will be
short-paid and disputed.
5. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate for convenience with thirty (30) days'
written notice to the other party.
