MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. TERM
This agreement is effective March 1, 2026 and ends February 28, 2027.

2. RENEWAL
This agreement does not renew automatically. Any renewal must be agreed
in writing before the end of the term.

3. RATES
Rates are firm for the full term and quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Where a
pack is shown, the supplier may bill per pack at the per-unit rate
multiplied by the pack size; no other pack pricing is allowed.

4. INVOICING

written notice to the other party.
